Product Description: Dehumidifier Do you know how dehumidifiers work? The recommended ambient operating temperature for Shinco home dehumidifiers is between 5°C (41°F) and 35°C (95°F). The warm, humid air enters the unit through the back grill, passes over the cold coil, and the resulting condensation is collected in the bucket for later removal. The dried air is then reheated and blown back into the room by the compressor.

Before Use and Maintenance - Keep the dehumidifier standing upright for 24 hours before plugging it in. - Clean the bucket with potable water every two weeks to avoid scale and bacteria buildup. - Clean the air filter with water at least once every 30 days to maintain efficiency, and ensure the filter is completely dry before reinstalling. - When storing the dehumidifier, run it in dry mode, then cover it with a plastic bag and store it upright in a dry, well-ventilated place.
